Nice friendly folk that manage clean good hook ups laundromats on site if you need all round good place to stay
Quiet and on the smaller side. Appears clean and safe with many long term residence.
Park seemed to be well maintained. Nice laundry facilities including a clothes line to hang laundry to dry. Nice settling, close to the highway but not nosy during the day. (not sure about night time--we visited guest there--did not stay the night).
