Dee is awesome at the front desk. She goes beyond expectations to ensure we have e a good stay. The owner needs to get a good part time maintenance man. We have stayed there several times over the last three years. Noticed that the rooms are starting to be in disrepair.
Hotel is located off main Hwy 69 into town, and pleasantly far enough away from busy rail road tracks. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice & clean and price is very acceptable. Being a BW rewards member always means more savings.

Very nice place to stay if you are in Mineola TX. Only 1/2 hour north of Tyler TX. Conveniently 1/4 of a mile off Hwy 80 on Hwy 69 going towards Tyler.
Comfortable beds coma swimming pool need to clean but other than that it was great water. Breakfast was good. Had a really nice time and will stay there again
