I have contacted Smart Style on unsatisfactory hair cut to see what is offered to correct the issue. I will repost accordingly after resolved or not. The district MGR was very polite as well as the store manager. We did get all issues resolved in a positive atmosphere. Thanks to all involved.
This salon is not good with hair color. They turned my mom's hair Orange and wouldn't make It right. They said she chose that color. Very unprofessional!
