The car buying process is something we all dread, never knowing what is going to happen. However, Danny, and Zach made the process as smooth as it can go. My family and i are very happy with our purchase from Dow Autoplex. I do not think that there is any dealership that you can go to and get the same type of treatment we got. It was a rough start. But my car is in the presses of being fixed . Not the best experience but they finally listened to me and put up with my angry suggestions. Thank you for providing me with a loner that is efficient and safe. I appreciate you all taking my needs into consideration,and taking the time to explain the proses of getting my car fixed . I did not realize how much you already had to endure already even if it was taking time away from your very busy schedule. So thank you for finally listening!
