This bank has been a God send. I am POA for my elderly mom who lives in Mineola. I live out of state. I have to regularly call customer service about issues with my mom's bank account mostly due to issues created by my mom and her inability to manage her affairs. The people know me, they know my mom, they are bending over backwards to assist. They even keep an independent eye on my mom's account...can't tell ya how they makes me feel secure in knowing someone is watching over my mom's financial affairs. I highly recommend them.
